Avoid candles and matches. Have several flashlites avaiable with sufficient batteries.

Keep a collar, current license and up-to-date identification tags on your pet at all times.

What if a fire occurs when I am sleeping ?
Install smoke detectors in locations approved by the Watertown Fire Department in your home. Also install carbon monoxide detectors. Twice a year, when clocks are changed, replace the batteries in all of these units.
