On the Watertown Seal is a picture of an English Colonist and an Indian exchanging, as peace tokens,  bread for fish.  Captain Roger Clap landed at Nantasket Point in 1630 and rode up Charles River to Gerry's Landing with the first party of Watertown Colonists.

Girls Sports with WHS Coaches
About the Programs
These two programs are great feeder clinics for the girls to become exposed to both or either sport. Both sports help develop the girls' skills while they enjoy themselves.

Girls Free Learn to Skate Program
Ages: Ages 4 and Up
Days: Sundays November 1 through February 14th
Location: John A. Ryan Arena on Pleasant Street

Description: This program is run by Coach Steven Russo, Girls High School Varsity Ice Hockey Coach. The girls are taught ice hockey skills in a fun but relaxed environment.

Jr. Girls Raiders Soccer Academy
Ages: Kindergarten through eighth grade

Description: Join Watertown High School Girls Varsity Soccer Coach, Coach Stacey Marino, in July to learn to play soccer or improve skills for the fall season. This is great way to meet new friends and play a better game.
