       The State has mandated a universal application form for all Plumbing and Gas Permit Application Forms.

Dan’s *New* office hours (effective May 21, 2013) are: 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., Monday - Friday 

During the months of June, July and August, Dan maintains additional office hours on Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.   This is a shared position with the Town of Belmont.
