Nestlé USA, Inc. is initiating a voluntary recall of its Nestlé Drumstick Club 16 count Variety Pack and 24 count Vanilla Pack (with cones marked for easy individual sale) due to a possible health risk. The two pack sizes contain 4.6 fl.oz. cones and were manufactured in Bakersfield, Calif. and distributed nationally. No other production codes, sizes or varieties of Nestlé Drumstick products are affected by this recall.

New York, NY - Roland Foods, LLC in cooperation with the manufacturer in Morocco, is voluntarily recalling specific lots of Roland® Preserved Lemons due to undeclared sulfites in the product. People who have a severe sensitivity to sulfites run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.

Nutrisystem Everyday, LLC, the retail division of Nutrisystem, Inc., is voluntarily recalling the Nutricrush Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bar, manufactured by Noble Foods, Inc. This bar contains a chocolate chip cookie dough ingredient supplied by a third party supplier, which advised that its ingredient might potentially contain Listeria monocytogenes.

Adams Farm Slaughterhouse, LLC, an Athol, Mass., establishment, is recalling beef, veal, and Bison products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7

Waymouth Farms, Inc has initiated a voluntary recall of Good Sense Cranberries 'N More 6 oz (170g) with a Freshest if used by date of 8/16/2017 A 15:00 through Freshest if used by 8/16/2017 A 23:00 after discovering that inadvertently other allergens were packed into the Good Sense Cranberries 'N More package. Only 2640 packages were impacted.

This voluntary recall has been initiated on September 9th, 2016 due to an undeclared milk allergen on VRINDAVAN COW GHEE labeling. Consumers who are allergic to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.

Tyson Foods Inc., a Sedalia, Mo. establishment, is recalling approximately 132,520 pounds of fully cooked chicken nugget products that may be contaminated with hard plastic.

McCain Foods USA, Inc. today announced it is voluntarily recalling retail, frozen onion ring products due to the use of incorrect packaging that does not declare milk as one of the ingredients. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

Café Valley of Marion, Indiana is recalling 543 cases of Banana nut mini muffins labeled as Lemon poppy seed mini muffins, because they may contain undeclared walnuts. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to walnuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

Koffee Kup Bakery, Inc. has voluntarily recalled approximately 99,000 packages of its bread products due to the possibility that there may be clear plastic pieces in some products. The product recall is limited to the bread products listed below and only those identified by the “use by” dates 9/30/16, 10/1/16, 10/2/16 or 10/3/16, which are printed on the closure tags of each package.

Rabbit Creek Products of Louisburg, KS is recalling certain flavors of Bread mixes, Muffin mixes and Brownie mixes under the Rabbit Creek Products and other Private label brand names due to the potential presence of Escherichia coli O:121 (E. coli O:121). People usually get sick from E. coli O: 121, also referred to as STEC O:121, 2-8 days (average of 3-4 days) after swallowing the bacteria. Most people develop diarrhea (often bloody) and abdominal cramps.

Oriental Packing Co., Inc., Miami, Florida is recalling approximately 377,000 lbs. of the following blended seasoning curry products because it is contaminated with lead. Lead can accumulate in the body over time and can cause serious and sometimes permanent adverse health consequences.

Bar-S Foods Company recalls chicken and pork hot dog and corn dog products due to a possible listeria contamination.

Coopersville, MI — Out of an abundance of caution, Grassfields Cheese LLC, is conducting a voluntary recall of approximately 20,000 pounds of organic cheeses due to possible contamination with Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC), a bacteria that can cause serious illness in humans.
 
JML Ingredients, Inc. of East Petersburg, PA is recalling IQF Cut Green Beans, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Mann Packing is voluntarily recalling 844 cases of 18 ounce O Organics Organic Vegetable Tray with Creamy Ranch Dressing Dip because the product ingredients label does not identify ingredients that could pose an allergen risk; specifically egg, milk and soy.

Beyond Better Foods, LLC is recalling select cases from a single production run of Enlightened brand Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip ice cream because they may have been packaged in Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream containers and thus contain undeclared peanuts. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

Gel Spice, Inc. is expanding its recall of ground turmeric powder to include additional brands because of elevated lead levels. Lead can accumulate in the body over time. Too much can cause health problems, including delayed mental and physical development and learning deficiencies. Pregnant women, infants and young children especially should avoid exposure to lead.

A list of retail consignees has been posted for recall ConAgra Foods Recalls Frozen Chicken and Beef Products Due to Possible Foreign Matter Contamination: 056-2016 (Jul 6, 2016) and 056-2016 EXP (Jul 15, 2016).

Gel Spice, Inc. is recalling one lot of Fresh Finds Ground Turmeric Powder because the product contains elevated lead levels.

ConAgra Foods of Chicago, Illinois, is voluntarily recalling additional package codes of Watts Brothers Farms Organic Mixed Vegetables, Organic Super Sweet Corn (Yellow/Gold), and Organic Peas due to the potential for these products to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Out of an abundance of caution, Hampton Creek is undertaking a voluntary recall of 6 SKU's of baking mixes that contain the Native Forest Coconut Milk Powder. The ingredient, which makes up less than 1.31% of the mixes, tested positive for Salmonella in a company-initiated testing program.

PT Farm, LLC, a North Haverhill, N.H. establishment, is recalling approximately 8,800 pounds of raw beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7

Due to four new confirmed illnesses, General Mills is adding additional flour production dates to the previously announced U.S. retail flour recall that was originally announced on May 31, 2016. The illnesses reported to health officials continue to be connected with consumers reporting that they ate or handled uncooked dough or ate uncooked batter made with raw flour.

Starway Incorporated, located at 137 Grattan Street, Brooklyn, NY, 11237, is recalling Peony Mark Brand Biscuits because the product contains undeclared milk and unallowed color Ponceau 4R (E124). House of Smoke, Inc., a Ft. Lupton, Colo., establishment, is recalling approximately 4,692 pounds of Wild Boar Brotwurst products due to nitrite levels in excess of the regulatory limit.

Agave Dream of Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA is recalling 389 cases Cappuccino Ice Cream because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

ConAgra Foods is expanding a voluntary recall of P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Brand products due to the potential presence of small metal fragments (2-9mm) in the sugar used in the sauce. This voluntary action is being undertaken because of impacted sugar from a supplier.

Bar-S Foods Company, an Altus, Okla. establishment, is recalling approximately 372,684 pounds of chicken and pork hot dog and corn dog products that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes.

ConAgra Foods, a Russellville, Ark. establishment, is recalling approximately 195,597 pounds of frozen chicken and beef entrée products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically metal.

Monogram Appetizers of Plover, Wisconsin is recalling approximately 5000 cases of Poppers Brand Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, because it may contain undeclared egg. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

MINNEAPOLIS - Out of an abundance of caution, two flavors of Betty Crocker cake mix sold in the U.S. and one flavor sold in Canada have been added to General Mills' previously announced flour recall from July 1, 2016. No illnesses reported to date have been connected to cake mix.

Baptista's Bakery, Inc. announced a voluntary recall of a limited number of 30 oz. Snack Factory Original Pretzel Crisps packages because they may contain undeclared milk ingredients. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life threatening allergic reaction if they consume the affected product.

CHOKLAND MORK, CHOKLAND MORK 70%, CHOKLAD LINGON & BLABAR, CHOKLAD NOT, GODIS CHOKLADKROKANT, GODIS CHOKLADRAN and CHOKLAD LJUS, are being recalled due to undeclared Milk, Hazelnuts and/or Almond. "All Best Before Dates," Sold from April 30, 2015 to July 1, 2016.

Kerry Inc. of Beloit, WI is recalling two lots of Golden Dipt Jalapeno Breader that were sold to foodservice distributors because one of our suppliers recalled an ingredient used in our mix for the potential presence of E. coli O121. Kerry Inc. was notified by our supplier that two of their products, a red bell pepper nugget and a jalapeno nugget, were made with a small percentage of affected flour which was recalled by General Mills because it may be contaminated with E. coli O121.

Kabob's Acquisition, Inc., a Lake City, Ga. establishment, is recalling approximately 44,850 pounds of raw intact and heat treated, not ready-to-eat (NRTE) meat and poultry products that may be adulterated with E. coli O121.

Continental Mills has issued a recall affecting only retail Krusteaz Blueberry Pancake Mix, which involves product manufactured between April 2016 and June 2016. The company was notified by our supplier that their product, a blueberry nugget, is made with a small percentage of affected flour which was recalled by General Mills because it may be contaminated with E. coli O121.

General Mills today announced a voluntary recall of a limited quantity of frozen Beyond Meat Vegetarian Indian Curry with Beyond Chicken, produced over seven days in April 2016. This product is available exclusively at Whole Foods.

Winter Gardens Quality Foods, Inc., a New Oxford, Pa. establishment, is recalling approximately 42 pounds of Lemongrass Basil Chicken entrées that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes.

General Mills of Minneapolis, MN, continues to collaborate with health officials to investigate a multistate outbreak of E. coli O121, and is expanding its recall of Gold Medal flour, Wondra flour, and Signature Kitchens flour to include flour made earlier in the fall that may still be in consumers' pantries. The recall is being expanded due to a newly-reported illness that appears to have stemmed from the consumption of raw dough or batter linked to flour produced last fall.

Eastland Food Corp. (Columbia, Maryland) is announcing a limited voluntary recall of a single lot of Euro Custard Cake because it contains an undeclared milk ingredient. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life threatening allergic reaction if they consume the affected Euro Custard Cake.

Cumberland Farms announces a voluntary recall of its SEA SALT CARAMEL DELIGHTS flavor of Cumberland Farms Farmhouse Premium Chocolate Treats due to concerns of the possible presence of peanuts. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to specific types of allergen, such as peanuts, run the risk of serious life threatening allergic reactions if they consume the product being recalled.

Mister Cookie Face LLC, a subsidiary of Fieldbrook Foods Corporation, has issued a voluntary recall of Sundae Shop Novelty Ice Cream Dipped "Variety" Cones due to the possibility of peanuts on the product that are not declared on the allergen statement.

General Mills announced today a voluntary national recall of four specific flavors of Nature Valley Protein Chewy Bars and Nature Valley Simple Nut Bars. The recall is being issued as part of sunflower kernel supplier SunOpta’s ongoing national recall for the potential presence of Listeria monocytogenes. General Mills has not received any direct consumer reports of confirmed illnesses related to this supplier issue.

The Father's Table of Sanford, Florida, is voluntarily recalling 2,099 cases of cheesecakes sold by Gordon Food Service through retail and food service outlets under the GFS label as a result of a recall by one of The Father's Table's flour suppliers, Grain Craft.

IKEA recalls CHOKLAD MORK UPC Code 100293927003 and CHOKLAD MORK 70% UPC Code 1203080940009 Dark Chocolate Bars, Net Wt. 3.5 oz. are being recalled due to undeclared Milk, Hazelnuts and Almonds.

Mondelez Global LLC announced today a nationwide voluntary recall in the United States of the Honey Maid Teddy Grahams Cinnamon Cubs Graham Snacks sold only in Foodservice channels (not supermarkets). This recall is being conducted out of an abundance of caution following notification of a wheat flour recall by Grain Craft, a third-party flour supplier to one of our external manufacturers due to the potential for undeclared low levels of peanut residue in the flour.

Pinnacle Foods Inc. is voluntarily recalling a limited number of C&W Early Harvest Petite Peas and C&W Petite Peas because they may contain Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria monocytogenes is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

Greenland Trading Corporation of Paterson, New Jersey is recalling AI Rasheed Sardine, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum, a bacterium which can cause life-threatening illness or death. Consumers are warned not to use the product even if it does not look or smell spoiled.

Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. is issuing a voluntary recall for certain code dates of their Lance brand Oyster Crackers. This action is the direct result of a recent recall by the wheat flour supplier, Grain Craft, due to certain lots of flour that may contain low levels of undeclared peanut residue. The Oyster Crackers subject to the recall may have been produced using the recalled flour and, as a result, this product may contain low levels of undeclared peanut residue.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. Kellogg Company is voluntarily recalling certain graham crumbs because they were made using Grain Craft flour which may have contained undeclared allergen peanut residue. To date, there have been no reported illnesses related to the affected product.

Molly & Drew of Sac City, IA is recalling three lots (L1215A, L1215B, and L1215C) of AMERICAN ORIGINAL BEER BREAD MIX sold in retail because it may be contaminated with E. coli O121 bacteria.

Let’s Do Lunch, Inc., dba Integrated Food Service (IFS), is voluntarily recalling certain ready-to-eat sandwiches because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. No illnesses have been reported to date.

National Frozen Foods Corporation of Seattle, WA, is voluntarily recalling a limited quantity of Not-Ready-To Eat frozen green peas and frozen mixed vegetables because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

GMJ Natural Products Inc. of Anaheim, Ca, is recalling its 32 fl oz jugs of Jugo Moringa Plus Antioxidant because they may contain undeclared whey protein. Kashi Company of Solana Beach, Calif., is amending the date codes for Kashi GOLEAN Honey Pecan Baklava Bars and Bear Naked Soft Baked Granola, Cinnamon + Sunflower Butter related to its previously announced recall of snack bars and granola that contain ingredients made from sunflower seeds distributed by its supplier, SunOpta, that have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Armour-Eckrich Meats LLC, of Lisle, IL, today announced that it is voluntarily recalling Armour Snackmakers Keebler Animal Crackers because they contain animal cracker cookies with undeclared peanut residue.

Simple Health LLC of Anaheim, CA is recalling Tosi Cappuccino Crunch SuperBites because product labels failed to declare the food allergens Milk and Soy.

Today, Mars Chocolate North America announced a voluntary recall of certain varieties and limited dates of production of COMBOS Cheddar Cheese Pretzel, COMBOS Cheddar Cheese Cracker, COMBOS Pizzeria Pretzel, COMBOS Sweet and Salt Caramel Pretzel, COMBOS Pepperoni Cracker, COMBOS Buffalo Pretzel. While those who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume products containing peanut allergens, the amount of peanut exposure from use of the flours and affected products is considered to be low and not expected to cause adverse health effects in the vast majority of peanut allergic consumers.

NoGii is voluntarily recalling its Nuts About Berries Paleo Bars because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Creative Snacks Co. of Greensboro, North Carolina is expanding their recall of specific lot codes of bulk and packaged sunflower seed products due to the potential presence of Listeria monocytogenes. We have been notified by SunOpta, our sunflower seed supplier, that the company has issued a further expanded voluntary recall for sunflower seeds that were processed in their Crookston, Minnesota facility between May 31, 2015 and January 31, 2016.

Frito-Lay today announced a voluntary recall of select Rold Gold Tiny Twists, Rold Gold Thins, Rold Gold Sticks and Rold Gold Honey Wheat Braided due to a potential undeclared peanut allergen. This recall is the direct result of a recent recall by a Frito-Lay supplier of certain lots of flour for undeclared peanut residue.

Herr Foods Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of Waffle Works Brand 4 oz. packages of Double Chocolate Waffle Sandwiches due to an undeclared milk allergen. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

Pharmavite LLC is recalling specific lots of Nature Made® products detailed in the chart below due to possible Salmonella or Staphylococcus aureus contamination.

Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. ("company") is issuing a voluntary recall of limited lot codes of certain bar products. These products contain or may have come in contact with equipment that processed product containing sunflower seeds distributed by supplier SunOpta, Inc. that have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Hy-Vee, Inc., based in West Des Moines, Iowa, is voluntarily recalling one of its salad toppings and additional trail mix products across its eight-state region due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The products include Hy-Vee Garden Style Salad Topping, Hy-Vee Trail Mix Bars, Hy-Vee Peanut Almond Dark Chocolate Protein Bars, Hy-Vee Caramel Cashew Honey Crunch Trail Mix, Hy-Vee Dark Chocolate Cranberry Trail Mix, Hy-Vee Raisin and Nut Trail Mix, and Hy-Vee Santa Fe Trail Mix.

Nature’s One of Lewis Center, OH is voluntarily recalling three lots of PediaSmart Dairy Vanilla complete nutrition beverage powder packaged in 12.7 ounce cans, which bear the lot numbers located on the bottom of the can. This product is generally consumed by individuals between the ages of 13 months – 13 years old. The result of measuring product with the smaller scoop is that only 60% of the labeled nutritional content will be consumed per serving.

Brown & Haley of Tacoma, Washington is taking the precautionary measure of expanding its voluntary recall to include one additional lot of Mountain Thins “Trail Mix” flavor that may be impacted by sunflower seeds contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Hostess Brands, LLC is voluntarily recalling 710,000 cases of select snack cakes and donuts as a direct result of the recent recall by our supplier, Grain Craft, of certain lots of its flour for undeclared peanut residue. The Hostess Brands products subject to the recall were produced using the Grain Craft flour that has now been recalled and, as a result, these products may contain low levels of undeclared peanut residue.

Clif Bar & Company is initiating a voluntary recall of CLIF BAR Nuts & Seeds energy bars, CLIF BAR Sierra Trail Mix energy bars, and CLIF Mojo Mountain Mix trail mix bars, sold nationally, after its ingredient supplier, SunOpta, was found to have distributed sunflower kernels that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes (L.mono).

Acting out of an abundance of caution, SunOpta has decided to further expand its voluntary recall of certain sunflower kernel products due to the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Out of an abundance of caution, a voluntary recall is being made.

Kashi Company today announced a voluntary recall of Kashi® Trail Mix Chewy Granola Bars and Bear Naked® Soft Baked Granola, Cinnamon + Sunflower Butter in the continental United States because they contain ingredients made from sunflower seeds distributed by our supplier, SunOpta, that have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
