Public Disclosure of New Assessments
Watertown is currently in a Revaluation/Certification year with the Department of Revenue. Property assessments must reflect market value. The majority of property values are up 11.5% on average. Tax rates will be going down but will not be finalized until late November. If you are interested in seeing your new property value, the new assessments will be available on the Town’s Website (please click the below link) and in the Assessors’ Office, Library and Senior Center from September 30th through October 9th.
